55 min · intermediate. Hyrox-inspired: running + functional workshops. You leave exhausted, you come back. For athletes who want a real challenge.

Cross Core

55 min · all levels. Deep abdominal strength, smart core work, obliques. We don't do 100 crunches — we do 20 exercises done right. Changes feel noticeable after a few weeks of regular practice.

Cross Body

55 min · beginner friendly. Full-body strengthening with no impact or jumping. Perfect for returning to fitness, postpartum, or protecting your joints.

Cross Yoga

55 min · all levels. Yoga + mobility, pure physical focus (no chanting, no spiritual). Ideal after a heavy Cross Training session or a tough Monday.

Classic Pilates

55 min · all levels. Traditional mat-based Pilates. Movement control, breathing, Powerhouse. Technical foundation, no machines.

Power Pilates

Yoga Kids

45 min · 5-12 years · Wednesday 4 PM. Learn to breathe, ground yourself, know your body — through stories and playful poses. Helpful for classroom focus.
