Yes, for an absence of at least 10 days, with 1 month's notice. With medical evidence, the membership can be paused without notice.

Absolutely. All our classes have options for beginners. Coaches adjust the Reformer springs and cardio intensity to your level. The €99.90 Pass Starter includes 5 different sessions of your choice, with no commitment.

For €30, you get two sessions in two different disciplines, available once per person. The registration fee is waived if you join right after either trial, or reduced by 50% within 3 days after the final trial.
